Having survived the Daylight Savings Shift just a few weeks ago, I just lived in Central time for 9 days and now have to shift back again!
My internal clock doesn’t know if I should wake up late or go to bed late.
In reality, I shouldn’t do either. I’m an early morning riser by nature. I hit the sack early and rise before the robins begin their song.
But this week is dragging by. My body doesn’t like it. My head is confused. My eyes can barely stay open!
I really think it’s just time for a nap.
