I’ve had a couple evenings during this first class in which I’ve stayed up until 11:00 or 11:30 trying to wordsmith a post or paper but I’m willing to call it a day when my eye lids aren’t interested in staying up.
But I’ve found a sure fire way to get to sleep, if sleep is trying to allude me: Read my text in bed.
The book isn’t bad. In fact, it is quite interesting. But I’ve yet to finish one page while reclining in the comfort of my Queen-sized Certa.
I may not be making great progress with my weight loss, my eating habits or my fitness, but I’m doing really well when it comes to sleep; all thanks to Gendered Lives.
