I am typing this using every ounce of strength I have left. In my increasing effort to become a smaller, better person, I’ve joined a gym. In the past four days I’ve run on the treadmill, worked on my lats, played on the elliptical, curled a few pounds and flexed my triceps. Now I can’t move my arms and have a hard time walking upright. Boy do I feel great.
I’d like to take off my sweatshirt and untie my shoes but I can’t lift my arms over my head and my fingers seem to be cramping. I cannot feel my legs and my eyelids are starting to cramp.
Getting fit is a real blast. I see why people like this kind of thing.
